Networking

Our commitment to our Founders is more than just capital…we bring experience, mentorship, contacts and potentially accretive business combinations through a network of mission aligned organizations and creative capital solutions.

Funding

Our goal is to be the reliable first call for Black EdTech Entrepreneurs who have a dream to change the world of education.

We have identified that most of our Founders require early-stage funding of $50-$150k. Our ideal capabilities would allow us to meet the needs of ~100 Founders a year.
